Starbucks @ Raleys South Lake Tahoe;

It has been been a tremendous point of irritation just trying to sit and work out the lists of my resupply, redirecting protein based foods for longer carries.

The Tahoe Rim Trail may have had long stretches without water on the Eastern Sierra but the Pacific Crest Trail has long stretches between resupplies.

Sonora Pass is 75 Miles South of the Tahoe Rim Trail.

Its the only explanation of my restlessness and why it has been impossible to sit and write..

My common sense says

I want to go ! NOW !

I say to myself shut up and drink your chocolate milk 🐮

I can't make my self slow down

That part of me keeps saying...

No...I don't want to...

We push ourselves to keep to the average distance of 20 miles a day.

In the Sierra !

Are you crazy ?

Sitting still for a Starbucks coffee is almost as difficult as harnessing suncups through Muir Pass

Reader Please understand, I am only Factoring in my Inquisitor which is a table and a chair..

Drink your chocolate Milk..think protein

Thank you Lake Tahoe Rim Trail.

If you are looking for a good place to train for a long distance hike like the Pacific Crest Trail or Continental Divide Trail the TRT will definitely deliver the goods on pre - training.

Navigation, Distance, Water locations, Water Carries, Elevation, Hikers and Towns all wrapped up into 165 miles of diverse terrain from the Western Snowy mountains Wilderness Sierra where the Pacific Crest Trail and Tahoe Rim Trail share the same route to the North Easterly side remote desert alpine dry terrain where water is scarse cresting along ridges with views of the lake at one side and Carson Valley to other.
